Daily Devotions

Today’s Scripture: “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, 
 and those who love it will eat its fruits.” Proverbs 18:21, ESV 

Theme: Healthy relationships are not cluttered with negative talk (gossip, sarcasm, harsh jokes). 

Today’s Scripture: But Jesus looked at them and said, ‘With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.’” Matthew 19:26, ESV 

Theme: Every day, God is doing the impossible in our lives. Can you believe Him for that?  

Today's Scripture: “If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.” Romans 8:11, ESV 

Theme: Every single thing will work out for us in the end, and for all eternity, if we only believe in Jesus. 

Today's Scripture: “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28, ESV 

Theme: Remembering the Almighty power of God which raised Jesus from the dead gives us hope during our trials.  

Today's Scripture: “It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.” Deuteronomy 31:8, ESV  

Theme: Because Jesus rose and came back to life, we can trust God is with us and able, no matter how desperate the situation.
