Today’s Scripture: “He put another parable before them, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a man who sowed good seed in his field, but while his men were sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat and went away. So when the plants came up and bore grain, then the weeds appeared also.’” Matthew 13:24-26, ESV

Theme: Jesus teaches us about the complexity of evil in a world that also contains elements of His Kingdom.

Today’s Scripture: “One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much, and one who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much.” Lu ke 16:10, ESV 

Theme: Let every little thing show your faithfulness to God. 

Today’s Scripture: “Bondservants, obey in everything those who are your earthly masters, not by way of eye-service, as people-pleasers, but with sincerity of heart, fearing the Lord.” Colossians 3:22, ESV   

Theme: Work diligently in your occupation as if you are working directly for God, because you are.   

Today's Scripture: “Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged.” Colossians 3:21, ESV   

Theme: Encourage the next generation; don’t belittle. Spur them on and lift them up.   

Today's Scripture: “Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.” Colossians 3:20, ESV 

Theme: Honor your parents because it pleases God and teaches us to honor Him.
