Today’s Scripture: “Do you suppose, O man—you who judge those who practice such things and yet do them yourself—that you will escape the judgment of God?.... He will render to each one according to his works: to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life; but for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury.” Romans 2:3,6-8, ESV 

Theme: God judges everyone by their actions and their intentions. Seek Him, not your own rebellious way.

Monday - NATURE ALLOWS ANYONE TO PERCEIVE GOD

Today's Scripture: “For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened.” Romans 1:20-21, ESV  

Theme: God’s creation points back to its Creator. Humanity is without excuse.

Theme: When broken people come together in unity led by Christ, the impossible becomes possible.

Thursday - PERSEVERANCE

Today’s Scripture: "Only let your manner of life be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving side by side for the faith of the gospel, " Philippians 1:27, ESV 

Theme: Because we love God, we seek unity among all His people and work towards a common mission.

Wednesday - SELFLESS

Today’s Scripture: “But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.” Colossians 3:14-16, NKJV 

Theme: Because God calls us to unity, we seek it diligently through love and sacrifice.
