Release of All Claims

Release of Liability
In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in Cove Kids Camp, I, the undersigned parent/guardian, do hereby release, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless The Cove Church, its staff, volunteers, and directors, from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage incurred by my child during participation in camp activities.

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in camp activities, which may include games, crafts, and outdoor activities, involves inherent risks. I assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, sickness, death, or property damage that may result.

Damage Responsibility and Dismissal Policy
All dismissal decisions are at the discretion of the Camp Director. If damage is caused by more than one child, equal responsibility will be assigned to all involved. It is not the church’s desire to send any child home, and we will make every effort to work with you, the parent/guardian, to address any serious problems positively. If a serious issue arises, you will receive a phone call to discuss the matter and determine the appropriate action.

Medical Authorization
I authorize the camp staff and volunteers to provide necessary transportation for my child. Additionally, I grant permission for The Cove Church staff or representatives to seek medical treatment for my child in the event of an emergency. This includes authorization for any licensed physician or medical professional to administer necessary medical care. In the event of a medical emergency, I agree to be financially responsible for all medical expenses incurred.
